Quality

Checked against your approved sample

The sample you approve is sealed and kept as the reference. Before dispatch we inspect the lot and send you a photo and video report. An independent agency of your choice can inspect too.

Payment

Terms that protect both sides

Letter of credit, documents against payment, or a staged advance with the balance against shipping documents. Everything agreed in writing before production starts.

Insurance

Cargo covered for the whole voyage

On CIF and delivered terms we arrange marine cargo insurance, so your goods are protected from loading until they reach the agreed point.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

It depends on the product. Most goods ship best in one 20‑foot container. For trial orders we can combine a smaller lot with other cargo (LCL) or send it by air.

Can I see samples before ordering?

Yes. We courier samples for your approval, and the approved sample becomes the quality standard for the full order.

How soon will I get a quote?

For products we trade regularly, usually within two working days. Custom or first‑time sourcing takes a little longer because we verify the suppliers first.

Do you handle customs at both ends?

Yes. On delivered terms (DAP or DDP) we manage export clearance in India and import clearance in your country through our partner brokers.

I’m new to importing. Can you guide me?

Of course. We explain each step, suggest the right trade term and show you the full landed cost before you commit to anything.
